Red Chip’s Patient Care Coordinator team is specially trained in supporting individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. Each family is paired with a consistent point of contact who coordinates refills and deliveries, monitors ongoing therapy needs, and ensures timely access to medications and supplies so nothing is left to chance.

Our PCCs bring experience, consistency, and attentiveness to every interaction. They understand the clinical, emotional, and logistical complexities of rare disorders.
