August 2018 — Express Scripts, the largest PBM in the U.S., recently published a preliminary draft of their 2019 Preferred Formulary Exclusion List and there are a few notable changes for the hemophilia community. Red Chip Payer Relations will continue to keep a close eye on formularies as they can change throughout the year. We will let you know how prior-authorizations are affected.
